Damaged or defective merchandise Policy

All items must be report damaged of defective within three days of delivery. Once reported merchandise must be shipped back in order to receive  a replacement if the replacement is not in stock you have the option to wait for restock or a refund. Once we have received the items we will refund the form of a credit. 

We do not provide prepaid return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

All returns are refunded via store credit.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
