Please allow 3-4 business days for processing and 2 - 8 business days for delivery (based on distance). All orders received after 2:00PM EST will be processed the next business day.

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If you receive your confirmation email after 2:00PM EST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept returns/exchanges. We hope you love your purchase!! While we do inspect every package before it is shipped, we understand shit happens. In that case you will have 3 days from delivery to notify us at myluxycharmsservice@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help!!

Once packages are shipped, USPS is responsible to safely deliver your items. If package is delayed or lost you must email or call USPS. 

To start an investigation is easy start by emailing USPS.

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom on the page and click contact us then click Email US

 

Step 3: copy and paste your tracking number 

and continue to fill in the requirements to finalized the investigation. 

 

USPS will reach out to you within 24 hours. 

 

 If your package has been lost

You can also call to file a claim

A refund will be given via store credit .

A package that has been marked as delivered does not qualify for a refund. 

 

If you believe your package has been wrongly delivered. Go to your Local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

Package sent back to sender? 

 

This happens due to an insufficient address.

You may have forgotten to add house, apt, unit, etc. Contact us with your order number  to receive a refund of the items you purchased via Myluxycharmsservice@gmail.com
